LEGO 42113 Bell-Boeing V-22 Osprey was a 1,636 piece cancelled Technic set from 2020. It was canceled by the LEGO Group but some sets were initially sold and distributed.

According to LEGO Group's official statement:
"The LEGO Technic Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey was designed to highlight the important role the aircraft plays in search and rescue efforts. While the set clearly depicts how a rescue version of the plane might look, the aircraft is only used by the military. We have a long-standing policy not to create sets which feature real military vehicles, so it has been decided not to proceed with the launch of this product."

However, many shops in Europe and elsewhere... More have received shipments and are permitted to sell them. If you can't find one locally you will do so on eBay but not BrickLink, because it's been removed from the catalogue there.”

The set consists of 1,673 pieces and contains two Powered Up electric components for motorization.”

About Technic

TECHNIC is one of The LEGO Company's main lines based on creating detailed model machines and mechanical toys with specialized beams, axles, gears and connectors and primarily designed for older children and adults. The theme was first introduced as the Expert Builder series in 1977, but was officially renamed as TECHNIC in 1984. TECHNIC is still an active theme, and is one of the longest running themes in LEGO history. While most TECHNIC sets are vehicles that use pieces to mimic real vehicles, such as engine pieces, suspension, pneumatic, and transmission pieces, the TECHNIC parts have been used by various other System themes as well as LEGO Mindstorms.
