This set is not a castle; this set always looked more like a mountain with a small outpost built on top, or possibly a castle that slowly... More crumbled away over the years.”

“There aren't a lot of unique pieces to this set, but it does have the one-piece winding staircase (6082 has a straight staircase) and a black one-piece 8x8 quarter turret that I don't think I've seen in any other castle sets. For you wizard fanatics, there is also a scroll... More and a wand. It is a good medium size castle structure, and excuse all the comparisons to the Fire Breathing Fortress, but if you can't afford that larger set I think you'll be satisfied with this set that functions well as a stand alone with four minifigs for some good confrontations.”

About Castle Dragon Knights

The Castle theme is one of LEGO’s primary themes first introduced in 1978 and based around medieval life with castles and knights. It is currently the third longest-lived theme in LEGO history. Over the years it saw numerous changes thus introducing various fantasy elements.

Dragon Knights consists of 14 sets that ran from 1993 to 2014. As of today, 6082 Fire Breathing Fortress is the most valuable Dragon Knights set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $1,184.
