“Just like most of the other Space Police I sets, 6886 Galactic Peace Keeper contains an exchangeable jail cell that was identical to the ones in the other sets. The spacecraft also had two laser guns mounted on expendable arms that were usually hidden beneath the ship's side... More canopies. These canopy pieces with the Space Police I logo were only available in this set.”

About Space

Space Police was a LEGO Space subtheme released in 1989 that consisted of 6 sets and was the first of three Space Police subthemes. The storly line was based on the Space Police, a group of brave individuals that kept order between the Blacktron faction (the bad guys) and the civilian Futuron faction.

Space Police was introduced in 1989 and currently consists of 6 sets. As of today, 6986 Mission Commander is the most valuable Space Police set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $3,319.
