About LEGO Bulk Bricks Seasonal
The Seasonal LEGO Bulk Bricks theme provided the opportunity to purchase larger quantities of seasons specific LEGO elements such as flags or pumkins. Rather than being traditional sets with a diverse array of pieces and instructions to build a predetermined model, Bulk Bricks sets consisted of bags or boxes filled with a single type of brick or a particular element, like doors or wheels. This theme was designed for those who wanted to obtain large quantities of particular pieces without having to buy multiple sets or source them individually.
2003 LEGO Sets

In 2003, the LEGO minifigure celebrated its 25th birthday with just under four billion minifigures being produced. LEGO that year introduced a number of new themes including Clikits, Designer, Sports which consisted of hokey, basketball and Gravity Games, World City and 4 Juniors which replaced the Jack Stone theme.
