The LEGO Cars 2 theme, introduced in 2011, was based on the Disney-Pixar animated film Cars 2. This LEGO series brought to life the movie's iconic characters and scenes, offering fans a range of sets that included stylized, brick-built versions of characters like Lightning McQueen, Mater, and Francesco Bernoulli.
