Data deletion request
We provide two methods to request deletion of your data:
- Self-Service Deletion: Delete your account directly from your profile page using the "Delete Account?" link at the bottom right. After confirming your credentials, your account and associated data are permanently removed from our systems.
- Manual Request: Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, and we will process the deletion manually.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Site, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we remove associated personal data from our active systems; limited records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or accounting), after which they are deleted or de-identified.
