Jail Prisoner Reviews
Is this LEGO minifigure a good investment?
“There are currently several Jail Prisoner minifigs figures. This one (cty0392) is exclusive to a single set, making it slightly more desirable to collectors and investors. Additionally, it’s not as widely owned as other Jail Prisoner versions.”

Review for LEGO set 60023 LEGO City Starter Set from Playing with Bricks
“Overall, I'd say this starter set is nearly perfect. I wish the ambulance had actual doors and I would have preferred more printed tiles rather than all the stickers (especially for the age group that this set targets). Otherwise though, it's a great set. You get five... More minifigures - plus plenty of accessories. The two main vehicles fit right in with similar vehicles from the City line (meaning this set would be a nice complement to a LEGO hospital set or a LEGO fire station set).”
About City Traffic

The Traffic minifigures are the ordinary working people and drivers of LEGO City. Mechanics, truck drivers, tow truck operators, recycling workers and road crews make up most of them, often in blue overalls or high-visibility vests, and many mechanics wear the logo of Octan, LEGO's own fuel brand. Around them come the drivers of sports cars, campers and monster trucks, families heading off on holiday, a farmer, a vet and the vendors of the food trucks, such as the Penguin Slushy Vendor. Small nods to LEGO history turn up in the printing, like jackets with the Classic Space logo. Most of these figures carry no name, only a job or an outfit.
