Review for LEGO set 40416 Ice Skating Rink from Jays Brick Blog
“Overall, for those of you who have been collecting Christmas Gift with Purchases, 40416 Ice Skating Rink is a great new addition, and the fact that it’s a minifigure-scaled set makes it a great addition to your LEGO Winter Village. The play feature is a lot of fun, and for... More those with younger kids, the kinetic nature of the set really ties it all together to create something quite special.”
About Seasonal Christmas
The Christmas minifigures are Santa and the people of the holiday. Santa comes in several versions, often with Mrs. Claus, and his elves wear collars with bells, holiday sweaters and, in the workshop sets, gadgets for making toys. 40410 Charles Dickens Tribute brought Ebenezer Scrooge, Bob Cratchit and Tiny Tim from A Christmas Carol. Other sets bring a carriage driver and his passengers on a winter ride, children in winter coats, a farmer and a ballerina with a nutcracker.
