Review for LEGO set 6561 Hot Rod Club from
“The Hot Rod Club set from 1994 delivers a fantastic mix of classic vehicles and a functional speed shop. It includes two distinctive hot rods with unique design details like chrome side pipes and a V-shaped engine, along with a fully-equipped garage featuring tools, a floor... More jack, and even a beverage cooler for added play value. Three minifigures, each with a vintage style, round out this set.”

About Town Vehicles

The Town Vehicles minifigures are the drivers of LEGO Town's cars and trucks from 1980 to 1998. Truckers in caps make up a good share of them, along with delivery drivers, crane operators and tow truck crews in overalls or zipped jackets. Some carry the logo of the fuel company of the set, Shell or, later, Octan, and a few racing drivers and police officers turn up too. Most have plain or simply printed torsos and the classic smiling face, and none has a name.
