The LEGO minifigure referenced by njo291 is the character Krux, one of the Time Twins from the Ninjago theme, appearing in set 70626 "Dawn of Iron Doom." Krux, along with his twin brother Acronix, has the ability to manipulate time. He is identifiable by his distinct old-aged appearance, including his long white beard and monocle. Krux was released as a part of the 2017 wave for the "Hands of Time" storyline in Ninjago. He and Acronix sought to control the flow of time and to defeat the Ninja using the time blades.
