The Town Football minifigures come from the football promotion LEGO ran with Shell in Europe for the 1998 World Cup. They are the people around the match rather than the players, referees in green with a sticker of yellow and red cards, spectators in jackets and caps, a TV crew, police officers and a doctor. Like other Town figures of the time, they have simple torsos and the classic smiling face.
