Is this LEGO minifigure a good investment?
“There are currently several Plain Black Torso with Black Arms minifigs figures. This one (pln060) is exclusive to a single set, making it slightly more desirable to collectors and investors. Additionally, it’s not as widely owned as other Plain Black Torso with Black Arms versions.”

About Trains 4.5V / 12V

The 4512V minifigures are the railway staff and passengers of the 4.5 volt and 12 volt trains. The early sets came before the minifigure, with the LEGOLAND figures of the mid 1970s that have no arms or printed face, and from 1978 the minifigures took over. Most wear plain coloured torsos or suits with three buttons, with caps and hats for the station staff, and some are Shell workers in sets that include a petrol station or a fuel wagon. Construction workers in helmets and vests appear with the maintenance trains. They have the classic smiling face and no names.
