About LEGO BrickLink AFOL Designer Set

BrickLink AFOL Designer Set where an exclusive relationship between BrickLink and the LEGO Group that celebrated 60 years of the LEGO brick with the AFOL community by realizing unique designs with truly original themes. Sets are sold on BrickLink.

Designers submitted their designs digitally using BrickLink Studio 2.0. After reviewing submissions, up to 20 finalists would be selected. Each design was rated according to originality, visual appeal, building experience, use of parts, and several other factors. Selected designs were announced and displayed for crowdfunding. During this phase, the community helped designs become a reality by pre-ordering. The design would be produced if 100% of its crowdfunding goal was met. Successfully crowdfunded designs became a limited edition 60 Years Anniversary set exclusively available on BrickLink. Each set came with custom packaging and instructions and was shipped worldwide.
