LEGO 335-2 Transport Truck is a Classic Vehicle set released in 1967, containing 245 pieces and no minifigures. The yellow and gray truck features a functional steering mechanism operated by a pin and a brick on top of the cab, along with opening rear doors and a storage compartment for cargo such as tires. It uses early large LEGO wheels, which appeared either as hard plastic gray wheels or hollow black tires depending on production year. This was the European release, sold only in Continental Europe, and is identical to the U.S. version 335-3 Transport Truck. Based on current trends, this set could be valued near $288 within the next year.

About Classic Vehicle

The LEGO Classic Vehicle theme from the 1960s featured sets that centered on creating various vehicles using LEGO bricks. Distinct from the more detailed and specialized vehicle sets of later years, the 1960s theme provided basic parts and simple designs to construct cars, trucks, and other common vehicles. These sets were a part of LEGO's effort to expand its product range and offer builders thematic sets that focused on everyday objects and transportation modes.
