60517 LEGO City Construction Dump Truck, Bulldozer and Cement Mixer

LEGO 60517 Dump Truck, Bulldozer and Cement Mixer is a rumored City set due in January 2027, with an expected retail price of $29.99. It is one of 19 rumored City sets for 2027.

Forecast Model

This represents the expected annual growth (CAGR) based solely on a forecast model.
Dump Truck, Bulldozer and Cement Mixer is a rumored small LEGO City construction pack built around three compact work vehicles. Early store listings point to a dump truck, a bulldozer and a cement mixer in one box, and talk in the community suggests a simplified build style to make that possible. The set is expected to land in the 4+ range with large Starter Brick elements.
Details are based on early reports and may change before LEGO's official announcement.
Collector and Investor Insights
City construction vehicles have usually been weak aftermarket candidates unless a set offers something scarce or format-specific, and a small retail pack built around three compact work vehicles points more toward broad availability than collector-driven demand. The main support here is the multi-vehicle format in one box, but simplified 4+ style construction tends to cap long-term interest compared with more detailed City machinery sets.
