“The way you build this set and the way it works after put together correctly is awesome. The wings flap up and down when you roll it across the floor. Time Cruisers theme didn't really appeal to me, it was if LEGO didn't know what to do, so they threw together alot of... More different color bricks and made some very strange contraptions. I got it just to have one from the "theme" and was really impressed. I tried to find others with appeal and stuck to this one. I recommend it if you come across one.”

About Time Cruisers Time Twisters

LEGO Time Twisters was a theme released by LEGO as part of their Time Cruisers line. The Time Twisters theme was introduced in 1997 and was a short-lived subtheme that focused on time travel adventures. The Time Twisters were depicted as the antagonists to the Time Cruisers, and their sets featured a mix of different historical and futuristic elements, often combined in a whimsical and eclectic manner. The sets often included a mix of medieval, futuristic, and steampunk elements, with unique vehicles and structures that appeared to be cobbled together from different time periods.

Time Twisters was introduced in 1997 and currently consists of 4 sets. As of today, 6496 Whirling Time Warper is the most valuable Time Twisters set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $170.
