LEGO 810-2 Town Plan is a Town Plan System set released in 1961, containing 760 pieces. This Continental European version, produced from 1961 to 1966, includes HO-scale vehicles, road signs, trees, slopes, doors, windows, and a variety of plates and bricks in red, white, and transparent clear elements. The set was distributed in only 12 countries, according to the LEGO Archives in Billund. Designed for use with the Town Plan Board, it allowed builders to create a detailed miniature town layout with roads, buildings, and landscaping accessories. Compared with other 810 Town Plan editions, the 810-2 version is significantly rarer and among the hardest to find in complete or sealed condition today. Based on current trends, this set could be valued near $5,561 within the next year.
Town Plan (810-2) is an exceptionally old and rare LEGO set. It has not been available online or in retail stores in good/new condition for over 2 years. Due to its rarity, the estimated value in sealed condition of $5,169.12 may understate its true worth, assuming one can even be found for sale. Since this set was released in 1961, finding it sealed and well-preserved is exceptionally difficult—making complete sets with intact boxes museum-grade collectibles.
There are currently no new/sealed listings available for Town Plan at this time.
