LEGO 880001-1 Competition Racers and Stop Watch is a Technic Value Packs set released in 1998, containing 3 pieces. Issued as a CyberSlam/Competition bonus pack in Germany, it combines two rubber band–powered chopper-style motorcycles (one purple and one turquoise) with a stopwatch for timed races. The motorcycles use a bungee cord mechanism that wraps around a front pulley and a drum on the rear axle, with gearing to engage or disengage the wheels when pulled back and released. Each model features small VR rubber tires at the rear and pulley wheels at the front.

In fact, they are also nearly the same as 2129 and 8205. They were clearly intended to be used as a pair for competition...
