Doc McStuffins is a DUPLO theme released in 2015 based on the Disney television show Doc McStuffins. The show follows the title character as she practices being a doctor on her toys. Three sets were released and the subtheme was discontinued in 2016.

Licensed highlights included the Ghostbusters Firehouse Headquarters, while Creator delivered showcase builds like the Volkswagen Beetle (10252) and Big Ben (10253). Long-running lines such as Legends of Chima had recently closed, as LEGO refocused on new concepts and adult display sets.
