About LEGO Exclusive Games
Games holds the board games LEGO has made outside the LEGO Games line of 2009 to 2013, sets built to be played as well as built. 40174 LEGO Chess from 2017 has a buildable board with storage for the pieces, and 40719 Traditional Chess Set from 2024 is a more classic take, made for both play and display.
2016 LEGO Sets
2016 unveiled Nexo Knights, fusing medieval motifs with digital-era gear and app tie-ins. Licensed highlights included the Ghostbusters Firehouse Headquarters, while Creator delivered showcase builds like the Volkswagen Beetle (10252) and Big Ben (10253). Long-running lines such as Legends of Chima had recently closed, as LEGO refocused on new concepts and adult display sets.
