The 2011 LEGO HERO Factory HERO Recon Team (11995) was a custom built, built your own Hero Factory figure service. It was a service provided by Lego Shop@Home through the "LEGO Design byME" program which provided the ability to order "Your Own" Hero Factory figure. The Hero Recon Team is a brand of LEGO customization that offers you the tools for creating your own personal models. The price started at $12.99 USD and could increase based on the parts chosen.

Once built, the Hero was delivered in a box that was designed by the builder and containing a customized building guide, a Hero Recon Agent sticker and a special unlock code for the online game. More advanced builders can use the Lego Digital Designer to build a Hero and combine it with thousands of other Lego elements. It was retired in April 2012 with a lifespan of 12 months.
HERO Recon Team is a pretty rare set these days as we have not seen set 11995-1 currently for sale online or in retail in new and good condition in over one year. The current value of this set might be slightly higher then what we have estimated at this time. The last brand new HERO Recon Team seen was sold on ebay.com.

The only restricting factor on your Hero is the piece-counter, which counts the number of pieces, not the value of the pieces that you choose. The advantage of... About HERO Factory Miscellaneous

Hero Factory was a LEGO theme was based on a group of robotic heroes who protected the galaxy from various threats and was released in 2010 and discontinued in 2014. It uses TECHNIC elements and followed the BIONICLE product line which featured six heros per line in which each Hero is unique thanks to their Quaza Core, a mineral stone that provides each of them with a distinct personality.
