“It's a mega, mega simple design. The imitation helicopter with a policeman as the pilot is again nothing more than a promotional set. It was an addition to shopping, or buying fuel at Shell stations in the late 90s. Just a little bonus. The helicopter is kept in black, white... More and gray colors with a propeller that is too small and lacks any structure that would resemble a helicopter in a broader outline.”

LEGO City was a Town subtheme that was centered around various aspects of city life from police, fire to construction. The theme was the precursor to the City theme and ran from 1997 to 2000 and contained 37 sets.

City consists of 37 sets that ran from 1997 to 2000. As of today, 6464 Super Rescue Complex is the most valuable City set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $364.
