“This LEGO Shell Select Shop set is a nostalgic and charming addition to any collection, offering an impressively detailed representation of a convenience store. With its transparent blue skylights, realistic refrigerator, and rare accessory pieces like the classic bicycle, this set stands out in displayability and playability. While the build features some larger bricks typical of the late '90s, and the sticker application can be a bit tedious, it’s still a fantastic set that captures the essence of a small-town shop.”

The LEGO Town / Shell theme of 1999 included sets such as 1256 Shell Service Station and 1255 Shell Car Wash, representing a partnership between LEGO and the Shell oil company.
