“For a set of this size, it was a fun build. Especially the Redstone Monstrosity has some interesting techniques, and I love the massive use of Trans-Red parts. If you don't know the game, it will probably do little for you, unless you are planning some sort of underground... More fantasy display. For fans of the games, this is a great addition to the theme. I feel it captures the look and the feel of the game.”

About Minecraft Minifig-scale

The LEGO Minecraft theme is based on the video game Minecraft and a collaboration between Mojang and the LEGO Group. Sets in this theme were all based on the traditional LEGO minifigure scale. Minecraft is a sandbox indie game originally created by Notch (Markus Persson) and later developed and published by Mojang / Microsoft. The official release occurred in 2013 with the first set, Minecraft: Micro World: The Forest, released under LEGO Ideas and was created by Mojang through the LEGO CUUSOO program in 2012. At MineCon 2013, LEGO announced brand new minifigure-scale Minecraft sets.

Minifig-scale was introduced in 2014 and currently consists of 101 sets. As of today, 21137 The Mountain Cave is the most valuable Minifig-scale set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $1,900.
