“I would say that Nitroblast is best for his many new pieces, which is great if you want to start building using the new Hero Factory joint system. As a set, he's decent, but has enough undesirable characteristics that I prefer to see him as a pile of MOCing parts. The price... More of $12.99 USD might seem a little high, but I've gotten used to that price now and I think he's just as good as any of the other villain sets.”

“Nitroblast stands out with a consistent and polished design, enhanced by a red main body that provides a cohesive look from all angles. The unique mask and captivating radioactive-green eye piece add character and charm. However, the over-engineered left arm, with its stiff joints and awkward 'plasma blowtorch' concept, detracts slightly from the playability.”
 

About HERO Factory Ordeal of Fire

Ordeal of Fire is the fifth episode in the LEGO Hero Factory animated series, first aired on April 10, 2011. In this episode, Heroes Preston Stormer, William Furno, Mark Surge, and Natalie Breez are dispatched to Refueling Depot Tanker Station 22, which is under attack by the Fire Lord and his henchmen: Drilldozer, Nitroblast, and Jetbug. The villains aim to steal fuel to enhance their power.

Ordeal of Fire was introduced in 2011 and currently consists of 10 sets. As of today, 2235 Fire Lord is the most valuable Ordeal of Fire set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $251.
