“Raw-Jaw is a very nice set, and would make an excellent first 3.0 set to aquire. His stature and build does a great job at being powerful and gorilla-like, and the only thing that could detract from that is his size. However, many quadruped predators in real life such as... More lions, wolves, dwarf elephants or velociraptors are shorter than humans and that doesn't make them any less intimidating in a one-on-one encounter.”

“I don't think he's as fun as Waspix, even though he's pretty fun. I think he's a great parts pack, and he's a great gorillephant. He really is. I'd get some of the Hero sets first, and Waspix, but I'd defs fo sho get Raw-Jaw over Fangz and Scorpio. Those guys, I mean, are... More they trying to be the lamest of the lame this wave? About HERO Factory Savage Planet

The Savage Planet theme was accompanied by a series of LEGO sets released in 2011, featuring both the heroes in their upgraded animal-inspired forms and the villains they face, such as the Witch Doctor and his minions. "Savage Planet" was a two-part episode in the LEGO Hero Factory animated series, first aired in 2011. The storyline follows rookie Hero Rocka as he responds to a distress call from the planet Quatros, only to discover that the planet's Quaza core is being drained by the corrupted former professor, Aldous Witch, now known as the Witch Doctor.

Savage Planet was introduced in 2011 and currently consists of 12 sets. As of today, 2283 Witch Doctor is the most valuable Savage Planet set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $221.
