Nice Plane (Not Helicopter) — “Overall this is a good Lego city polybag. The plane itself is fairly large (for a polybag). It has two propellers on either side of the plane that looks great. There are two clips on either side of the base where you put the walkie-talkie and handcuffs. The cockpit glass... More piece doesn't connect the best and isn't very secure. The look of the plane is really good.”

“The LEGO City Prison Island Helicopter polybag offers a simple build with a few standout features, including clever floater designs and essential accessories like a walkie-talkie and handcuffs. While the set includes a unique Prison Island officer minifigure with uncommon torso and leg prints, the overall design feels more like a seaplane than a helicopter and lacks innovative or rare parts. At its price point, it may not stand out compared to other polybags.”

The Prison Island Police, also know just as Prison Island, is a subtheme of LEGO City introduced in 2016 that contains 4 sets. From LEGO's official description: "Help the police lock up the bad guys on LEGO City Prison Island! Watch the crooks work out in the prison yard and open up the prison to see the crooks make their escape plans. You and the police have to be on high alert to catch the crooks sliding through the sewer to catch the getaway boat! Jump in the helicopter and stop them from making an aerial escape in the hot air balloon. They’ll do anything to escape from Prison Island!"
