LEGO 324-2 House with Garage was a 174 piece Classic set released in 1964. It was a System i Leg set released in the Subtheme Town Plan and consisted of a single level range house that was white with red windows and doors, a blue roof and a garage which could fit a LEGO HO 1:87 scale vehicle. It included a black HO scale Mercedes 220S.
House with Garage is an extremely old and very rare LEGO set. We have not seen set 324-2 currently for sale online or in the hundreds of retail stores in good/new condition in over 3,036 days. Because of the rarity of this hard to find set the current estimated value of $1,164.23 might actually be much lower than the true value, assuming this set can be found for sale.Because House with Garage is a very old set from 1964, finding it in a sealed and good condition might be difficult thus making the true value even that much higher.

About Classic Building

The LEGO Classic Building theme from the 1960s consisted of sets that focused on general construction and architectural design using standard LEGO bricks.
