“I was so excited to get the skateboarding sets, but unfortunately have to acknowledge that they just don't live up to expectations. This set falls prey to the same problems as others in the Gravity Games line: an easy build that fails to deliver after completion.”

The Gravity Games subtheme was a Sports theme introduced by LEGO in 2003 and lasted only one year. The subtheme was mainly based around the real-world winter of 2003 Gravity Games specifically skateboarding and snowboarding.
