“All three of them are quite unusual looking crab and octopus-like creatures with lots of movable legs and long pincher-looking things. Only Balk has the new ball-joints, however the other two are also very articulated using hinge elements.”

About Mixels Series 2

LEGO Mixels Series 2 was the second wave of the LEGO Mixels sets released in June 2014. Series 2 consists of nine characters, split into three tribes, the Frosticons, the Fang Gang, and the Flexers, with three characters each.

Series 2 was introduced in 2014 and currently consists of 10 sets. As of today, Mixels Series 2 Sealed Box is the most valuable Series 2 set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $424.

BALK might be the slowest of the Flexers tribe, but this Mixel's mallet-like head can hit, pummel and crush whatever gets in the way. All that head-butting has bashed BALK's brain cells, so this hammer-headed Mixel can be forgetful and find it hard to spit out the right words. But there's no one better to defend the Rubberlands, where the Flexers live, from Nixel invasions.
