LEGO 445-2 Lighting Device Pack is a Classic Supplemental set released in 1966, containing 3 pieces. Sold under the LEGO The Building Toy branding and also known as Illuminating Brick, it includes a trans-clear 2x4 hollow electric light brick designed to connect to a small 4.5V bulb. The pack also includes a modified 1x2 white brick with a cable holding cutout and wire components with red 1-prong connectors or metal 1-prong connectors, depending on the version. It is one of several mid-1960s LEGO electrical accessory packs related to other lighting sets such as 245-1, 445A-1, 485-2, and 1245-2. Based on current trends, this set could be valued near $93 within the next year.
Lighting Device Pack (445-2) is an exceptionally old and rare LEGO set. It has not been available online or in retail stores in good/new condition for over 2 years. About Classic Supplemental

Starting in the 1950s LEGO began individual parts sales, a practice that began with the Ferguson Tracktor in 1951. LEGO would supply dealers with wooden parts boxes and refill packs. These individual part sales would continue, at least in some markets, into the late 1950’s.

Supplemental consists of 140 sets that ran from 1960 to 1971. As of today, 890-2 Lockable Storage Box is the most valuable Supplemental set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $435.
