LEGO 4942-1 CPW Shadow Knight is a Castle Knights' Kingdom II promotional set released in 2005, containing 3 pieces and 1 minifigure. Produced in collaboration with Nestlé and CPW (Cereal Partners Worldwide), it was distributed as a free gift in select European cereal boxes as part of a Knights' Kingdom promotion. The figure appeared in 450 g packs of Nesquik, Chocapic, Cini Minis, and Cheerios, and in 625 g packs of Cini Minis. The set includes a Shadow Knight minifigure tied to the Knights' Kingdom II line.
