“The set very much resembles the Aquaraiders' Aqua Dozer. A cockpit in the middle, with a big scoop up front controlled by a lever in the back. Except the Aqua Dozer is the same price and has over twice the piece count. It is a little fun to use the scoop to catapult the rock... More monster, and the function is, at the least, a vaguely cool one. Buy this set only if you want to get the Rock Monster.”

About Rock Raiders

LEGO Rock Raiders was a theme that was released in 1999 and was based on space miners trapped on an alien planet. The theme was made up of eight main sets and four promotional sets as well as three minifigures sets. The Rock Raiders theme was discontinued in 2000. The theme had several elements that were reprized in the Power Miners theme ten years later.
