LEGO 5398-1 Decorated Elements is a Service Packs set released in 1996, containing 43 pieces. The pack consists of assorted printed parts rather than a conventional model, with decorated slopes, tiles, and bricks drawn from several play themes. Included prints feature numbered racing panels, Octan logos and control displays, police and Coast Guard markings, a banknote tile, a videotape tile, and various computer, radar, phone, and instrument graphics.
