Brickset
“The set comes with some good parts and really has a nice look to it--good angles--it really looks the part of a speed boat. It's also important to note that it's actually much bigger than the pictures make it look. It's just under a foot (30cm), or 35 studs long. Of course,... More it's not seaworthy, but it makes a nice display piece and addition to any collection.”

“Set 5521 "Sea Jet" from 1993 is a fantastic example of LEGO's classic Model Team line. With 401 pieces, this 2-in-1 set showcases detailed features like printed gauges, spinning propellers, and a sturdy plate-built design. Its impressive foot-long size and nostalgic flip-up box add to its charm, making it a great collector's item or play set for fans of vintage LEGO.”
