“This set is simply a bit of fun. Its unusual nature appeals to me and it marks a welcome change from the typical ATVs which often appear in sets of this size. It could be argued that the play value is reduced given the obvious advantage which the police officer has over the... More criminal, but the humourous quality outweighs this issue for me.”

“The City Tire Escape set offers a compact and action-packed build featuring a detailed jet ski for the policeman and a unique criminal minifigure. The jet ski design stands out with backward-sloping elements and functional details like sirens and a control console. The criminal's rare face print and detailed prison jumpsuit add character, making this small set an excellent value for its price.”

The Prison Island Police, also know just as Prison Island, is a subtheme of LEGO City introduced in 2016 that contains 4 sets. From LEGO's official description: "Help the police lock up the bad guys on LEGO City Prison Island! Watch the crooks work out in the prison yard and open up the prison to see the crooks make their escape plans. You and the police have to be on high alert to catch the crooks sliding through the sewer to catch the getaway boat! Jump in the helicopter and stop them from making an aerial escape in the hot air balloon. They’ll do anything to escape from Prison Island!"
