Insights

Released in 1997 and long retired, Seaside Holiday Cottage (6489) draws on Paradisa nostalgia and a distinctive dolphin element, and sealed examples have become comparatively scarce; its small size adds some volatility, but the lack of remake risk supports continued collector interest.

About Town Paradisa

LEGO Paradisa was a theme aimed primarily at young girls, running from 1992 to 1997. It featured a pastel color scheme, particularly pink and turquoise, with sets focusing on a vacation and leisure lifestyle. The sets emphasized social activities and animal care, differing from more action-oriented LEGO themes of the time. Popular sets included "Sand Dollar Café" and "Paradisa Beach House."
