The next Octan tank truck was not released until the advent of 3180 Octan Tanker in 2010, which was both considerably bigger and more realistic... More than its predecessors.”

The LEGO Town / Vehicles theme, active from 1980 to 1998, focused on various types of vehicles essential for a functioning city. Key sets include 6696 Fuel Tanker, which represented fuel delivery services, and 6692 Tractor Trailer, depicting long-haul transport.
