“Laval is an excellent figure, and is definitely the best Lion warrior set that LEGO has made so far. If Lions or any of Laval's pieces appeal to you, you should definitely get this set, since the only reason that I wouldn't recommend him straight away is that he's... More overshadowed by some of the other Chima figures, which are equally well designed but include a wider variety of pieces and in greater quantities.”

BrickEconomy Member Review
“The LEGO Legends of Chima 70200 CHI Laval Ultra Build delivers an engaging blend of gold and maroon elements with printed detailing, including Laval’s striking face and chest. Featuring a Chi-infused sword and shield, this 55-piece set is a fun introduction to the Ultra Build series, though some imperfections, like a shield seam, detract slightly from its appeal.”
