Sets in The Hands of Time are based on the seventh season of Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu. These sets saw the ninja's fighting the Vermillion faction and Acronix and Krux. The sets mostly consisted of locations, and Vermillion vehicle and Time Blades were the collectable items.

The Hands of Time was introduced in 2017 and currently consists of 9 sets. As of today, 70626 Dawn of Iron Doom is the most valuable The Hands of Time set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $466.
