“The Mermaid's hairpiece is the same mould as Elizabeth Swann's and Syrena's, except in blonde. Her head has a smiling face with pink lipstick. She has a new printed yellow torso which has a sea shell necklace. She has a visible belly button, and she also wears a clam bikini... More top. She also has a light blue mermaid leg piece. The set includes an orange starfish as her only accessory.”

The series included Alien Avenger, Forest Maiden, Plumber, Mermaid, Battle Mech, Roller Derby Girl, Waiter, Fortune Teller, Judge, Chicken Suit Guy, Policeman, Roman Emperor, Mr. Good and Evil, Heroic Knight, Hollywood Starlet, and Cyclops.

Series 9 was introduced in 2013 and currently consists of 19 sets. As of today, Series 9 Sealed Box is the most valuable Series 9 set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $1,092.
