Jays Brick Blog
“The LEGO Monkey Costume minifigure is full of personality and charm, and I just love how simple yet effective its design is. I really like the face, which has a band aid over its cheek. But the monkey’s design really stands out with his tail, which can grab ahold of things... More like his banana accessory!”

“LEGO fans of a certain age will remember the original LEGO monkey, or you may be more familiar with the recent version. Neither of these really inspires the Costume version. The new hood piece is great and perfectly captures the cheekiness of the animal. So does the head,... More which includes two equally cheeky expressions. The tail piece used for Monkie Kid is reused here, and what other accessory would you expect a monkey to have other than a banana?”
