“One particular penguin called Tuxie can be found wandering around Cool, Cool Mountain and needs to be reunited with its mother to gain a Power Star. The LEGO version is the only non-threatening character, because of this the Action Brick is located on the display plate and... More gives you an extra life when scanned. It’s another character that is hard to translate from its game version to brick-built, but it’s still a cute little build.”

This is the forth series of Character Packs (71402). A random Super Mario characeter was included in each pack. Figures include a Mechakoopa, Para-Biddybud, Stingby, Bully, Freezie, Ant Trooper, Goombrat, Coin Coffer, Scaredy Rat and a baby penguin. These characters are designed to be used with a Starter Course set, which is required for interactive play.

Character Pack Series 4 was introduced in 2022 and currently consists of 13 sets. As of today, 71402-12 Sealed Box is the most valuable Character Pack Series 4 set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $81.
