BrickEconomy Expert Review
“Rogu’s Mech Dragon Rider offers an inventive twist on Ninjago’s mech lineup, pairing a detailed Evo-style mech with a mechanical dragon mount across 584 pieces and four minifigures. The mech itself is compact yet rich in design, featuring unique armor detailing, poseability, and an eye-catching vinyl cape that nods to Rogu’s dual identity. Meanwhile, the mech dragon adds visual flair with a fresh gray, white, and dark blue color scheme, and well-integrated lightning accents. At $74.99, the set delivers strong play value and thematic depth,... More especially for fans of the Mech Rider concept and Ninjago's evolving storylines.”
Brickset
“Mid-size mechs and dragons are not always an exciting prospect, given their frequency in the NINJAGO range. 71843 Rogue's Mech Dragon Rider really stands out though, as comfortably the best Mech Rider set to date and simply a fun model! The mech's integration with its dragon... More steed is near-perfect and I think they look fantastic together.”
