“Donkey Kong is one of the video game classics, plain and simple. Given the increasingly frequent retro gaming sets for adults lately, it was only a matter of time before LEGO would tackle this subject. Sure, some would probably have liked a more complete cabinet here too, in... More order to display it better alongside PAC-MAN. Personally, though, I think LEGO made the right call in prioritizing the function and therefore opting for an upright presentation (without a body). Despite all the adjustments, which also include the logo, the look of the original was captured well, since the color scheme, the border around the “monitor” and of course the graphics used instantly evoke the corresponding memories and retro vibes.”
