“If you are looking for a medium-large Technic set off the beaten track, check it out. Among the Discovery sets, this one seems to be the one that is most readily available. I really hope that in the future Lego will introduce more Technic sets like this (non-traditional... More vehicles/machines and in non-traditional colors). This is a fantastic example of what the possibilities are when they step outside the realm of the zillionth car / truck / construction machine.”

About Discovery

The Discovery theme was a licensed theme both introduced and discontinued in 2003 which focused on real space flight. It was comprised of several accurate reproductions of real spacecraft in various scales. All sets in the Discovery theme except for set 10029 Lunar Lander did not include any minifigs. The box art of the LEGO sets displayed the Discovery Kids channel logo and mpst of the spacecraft displayed the NASA logo.
