75490 LEGO Star Wars SMART Play AT-AT

LEGO 75490 SMART Play AT-AT is a rumored Star Wars set due in April 2027, with an expected retail price of $119.99. It is one of 17 rumored Star Wars sets for 2027.

Forecast Model

This represents the expected annual growth (CAGR) based solely on a forecast model.
SMART Play AT-AT is a rumored medium-sized Imperial walker build that acts as a full SMART Play starter kit with the electronic SMART Brick included in the box. The walker is expected to use that brick for motion-triggered walking sounds, mechanical stomps and light-up laser blasts, with the legs built with some loose movement to help the sensors pick up vibration. Early descriptions mention an unusually wide opening section in the head or body to house the large tech block.
Details are based on early reports and may change before LEGO's official announcement.
Collector and Investor Insights
AT-AT variants in LEGO Star Wars have usually held collector interest after retirement, and this one adds a less common angle by packaging the electronic SMART Brick inside a medium-sized Imperial walker rather than treating the tech as a separate accessory. The outlook depends on whether buyers view the integrated sounds and light effects as a distinctive one-off format or as a compromise to the model shape, but unusual Star Wars subtheme experiments with a flagship vehicle tend to have firmer post-retirement support than generic tech-driven sets.

About Star Wars SMART Play

The LEGO Star Wars SMART Play subtheme launched in March 2026 as the debut wave for the new LEGO SMART Play System, which uses a rechargeable SMART Brick, SMART Minifigures, and SMART Tags to trigger lights, sounds, and interactive play features based on how sets are built and played with. The lineup includes three All-In-One sets that ship with a SMART Brick (Luke's Red Five X-wing, Darth Vader's TIE Fighter, and Throne Room Duel & A-Wing 75427) plus five Compatible sets that add interactivity when combined with a SMART Brick: Millennium Falcon, Luke's Landspeeder, Yoda's Hut and Jedi Training, AT-ST Attack on Endor, and Mos Eisley Cantina.

SMART Play curently consists of 8 sets, all released this year.
