“I have no significant criticisms of the figure but favour 75524 Chirrut Îmwe over this set simply because the Rebel character is more prevalent in the film and offers slightly better value for money based on the inclusion of a larger weapon and a fabric component.... More Nevertheless, I recommend 75523 Scarif Stormtrooper to Buildable Figures fans and hope that we might one day see an Imperial Stormtrooper to stand alongside this character in service of the Empire.”

“This figure is excellently detailed, even including battle damage and doesn't even use any stickers. The build is similar to Technic, but is quick and easy yet results in a pose-able and sturdy figure. The helmet is a stand out being well proportioned and detailed. The hip... More pads don't work as well as the shoulder pauldron for the Death Trooper, but does add extra movie authenticity. Altogether a great figure especially considering there are very few Scarif stormtroopers available.”
