“The set is a definite must-buy for every person who's interested in the theme. However nowadays you should also have around $100 to get one. Yep, prices for Batman sets are hitting the roof, still my advice would be to get them now, because later they will be even higher.”

“Batman's dragster is made up of mostly Black parts and uses most of the set's 92 pieces. It has two wheels, two flick-fire missiles, a bat-wing fin at the end of the dragster, and a laser cannon at the end of a long Black piece. It also uses yellow Bat-Logos and... More gold-coloured vent pieces to add some colour.”

“Set #7779 The Batman Dragster: Catwoman Pursuit: This is the smallest LEGO Batman set and the cheapest and it tends to reflect this, however it is still a great little set and I will now take this opportunity to explain why. As a bonus, you can try your hand at making two... More alternative models photographed in the back of the book.”

About Batman

The original LEGO Batman theme was first released in 2006 and lasted until 2008 and features 15 sets, magnets, videos, books as well as toys released by McDonald's. Batman has been re-introduced in 2012 as part of the DC Super Heroes theme. The theme is based on Batman: The Animated Series but also include elements from other Batman universes, such as the Tumbler from the Christopher Nolan films. However, each set, aside from The Batcave: The Penguin and Mr. Freeze's Invasion, is based on scenarios that occurred on the show where each set features Batman fighting a villain.
