“The Rescue Truck from the Lego Technic series is another well-made model. It isn’t difficult to recognise that it’s modelled on a fire truck used at airports. So I was very happy to have purchased this model. Anyway, it’s not a typical Lego Technic model, and I can’t exactly... More say why. Since fire trucks in the Lego Technic series are also rather rare (I think there have been only three to date (2011)), this model is of course an absolute must in every collection. Assembling doesn’t make much fun because the model doesn’t provide a lot of technical refinement. All in all, the Rescue Truck looks very good and makes fun. Therefore, it gets four stars in the overall rating.”

About Technic

TECHNIC is one of The LEGO Company's main lines based on creating detailed model machines and mechanical toys with specialized beams, axles, gears and connectors and primarily designed for older children and adults. The theme was first introduced as the Expert Builder series in 1977, but was officially renamed as TECHNIC in 1984. TECHNIC is still an active theme, and is one of the longest running themes in LEGO history.
